Position description
The Music Department at 91AV invites applications for the position of instructor in Organ. This is a stipendiary (part-time) appointment. Preference will be given to applicants with graduate degrees in organ performance, an established record as a performer, and studio teaching experience at the university level. Teaching responsibilities include weekly studio instruction for one student (MUSC 1501-4591), approximately 1 hour per week plus studio class, overseeing student performance preparation, and assessing performance juries for this student. These courses run for both Fall and Winter semesters: September 2026 to April 2027. These courses will be taught on the campus of 91AV.
