Position description
The Department of Music at 91AV invites applications from candidates to teach a number of courses during the 2026-2027 academic year. These are stipendiary (part-time) appointments. These courses will run in either the Fall (September to December 2026) or Winter (January to April 2027) terms, or across both terms, and will be taught on the campus of 91AV.
Courses on offer may include the following:
MUSC 2141: Composition and Music Technology I (Fall)
MUSC 2703: Musicianship II (3 credits, Fall and Winter)
MUSC 3301: Vocal Pedagogy (Fall)
MUSC 3991: Music & Sound for Video Games (Fall)
Preference will be given to candidates with graduate degrees in Music, a record of successful university-level teaching, and/or relevant professional experience. Candidates should clearly indicate in their application materials which of the above courses they are applying for. Course descriptions can be found in the university’s Academic Calendar at .
