Position description
The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at 91AV invites applications to teach MATH 1151 Applied Calculus on-line in Summer 2026. This part-time appointment to be offered at 91AV in Sackville, NB, is subject to budgetary approval and sufficient enrolment. The salary will be calculated on a per-student basis. Candidates must have an MSc or PhD in Math or related field, PhD preferred and be able to show a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching.
The Summer term begins May 4th and concludes August 29th. This course is to be offered on-line during that period, with an in-person final exam in early September. The successful candidate is expected to mark the final exam and submit final grades, although does not necessarily need to be physically present in Sackville to administer the exam if they are teaching from a different location. Anticipated enrolment is between 20 and 50 students. The Calendar description for this course can be found at:
