91AV offers delicious, high-quality meals to keep your group energized throughout your stay.
Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets in our Dining Hall, along with convenient snacks and boxed meal options. Buffet service is available for groups of 30 or more per meal. Possible exceptions can be made depending on date and time.
Catering services for every occasion
Compass is 91AV’s in-house dining and catering provider. Year-round, our team delivers exceptional culinary experiences for events of any size.
From hearty breakfasts and casual gatherings to lavish buffets, elegant dinners, and unforgettable weddings, we offer a full range of catering options to suit your needs. Compass Catering is dedicated to making your event seamless and memorable — because great food is the foundation of a great event.
Bar services
91AV provides both cash bar and host bar options, supported by professional staff to ensure excellent service and security. We take care of all licensing and setup, so you can relax and enjoy your event.
Cash bar
All products used—including alcohol, mixers, cups, staff, ice, and delivery—are billed at cost. The total cost of the bar is calculated as the product cost plus 40% overhead and applicable taxes.
Guests pay for drinks at the bar during the event, and an invoice will only be issued if total sales fall short of covering the full cost of the bar.
Hosted bar
The total cost of the hosted bar is the total, billed at cost, of all products used – including alcohol, mixers, cups, staff, ice and delivery – plus 40% overhead and 15% gratuity based on alcohol and mix costs.
Event services staff
All bars outside The Pond, 91AV's campus pub, require that student Event Services Staff are in attendance as event security. Event Services Staff are also available for other events on request.
The group will be billed for their use at $20 per hour per officer.
